General Terms & Applicability

By using the wvip website and all services operated under it, you are considered to have agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms form a legally binding agreement between the wvip platform and the user.

Important: Please read the full terms before you start using this platform. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please refrain from using the service.

1.1 Scope of Service

wvip is an online gaming platform for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a range of entertainment gaming services including slots, fishing games, cricket, and more.

1.2 Enforceability of Terms

These terms apply to all pages, services, bonuses, promotions, and other features of the wvip platform. Alongside these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also remain in effect.

1.3 Applicable Law

These terms have been formulated in accordance with relevant international online gaming standards. In the event of any dispute, the provisions of these terms shall apply.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The minimum age to use the wvip platform is 21. By registering, any person acknowledges that they are 21 years of age or older. If an account belonging to a minor is found, it will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.

Age Limit: This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Conditions

The following conditions apply when opening an account:

Each individual may open only one account.
All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
Providing false information may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds.
Accounts are for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

wvip may request identity verification at any time. wvip reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is complete. If the required documents are not submitted in time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are detected, all accounts will be closed, any earned bonuses will be cancelled, and appropriate legal action may be taken.

Account Security & Responsibility

Ensuring the security of your wvip account is your own responsibility. Your login credentials — username and password — must be kept completely confidential.

3.1 Password Protection

Use a strong password containing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Never share your password with anyone.
If your password is lost or you suspect it has been stolen, change it immediately.
If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to support straight away.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

wvip is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account, unless it is proven that the breach occurred due to wvip's own fault.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, or rented to another person under any circumstances. Violation of this rule will result in permanent account closure.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wvip accepts deposits and withdrawals only through the following mobile financial services:

bKash — Bangladesh's leading mobile banking service
Nagad — Digital financial service of the postal department
Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
Upay — Digital wallet of United Commercial Bank

Set Limits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (applicable for each method).

4.2 Deposit Conditions

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
The deposited amount will be added to your balance instantly.
If there is a delay due to a technical issue, please contact the support team.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
wvip reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total playing balance of ৳2,000.
Deposit ৳12,000 or more → maximum ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings earned from a bonus must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Wagering Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in bets. After placing this amount in bets, any winnings earned from the bonus will be withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if not used within the set time, it will be cancelled.
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be closed.
The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per person, household, device, or IP address.

5.4 VIP Cashback

wvip has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is based on consistent and active gaming. Cashback rates and specific conditions are subject to change.

General Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. A bet is considered final only after confirmation is received from the system. In the event of a technical issue, wvip reserves the right to determine the correct outcome.

6.2 Result Determination

Game results are determined by the system of the relevant game provider. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, wvip reserves the right to correct it.

6.3 Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply depending on each game and bet type. For details on specific limits, please contact the wvip support team.

6.4 Fair Play Guarantee

wvip is committed to ensuring fair play. If any player attempts to gain an advantage through fraudulent methods, software, or strategies, their account will be closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wvip platform:

7.1 Technical Abuse

Any attempt at bonus hunting or bonus abuse.
Use of artificial intelligence, bots, or automated software.
Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
Using a VPN or proxy to hide your location.

7.2 Financial Misconduct

Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
Using third-party funds for deposits or withdrawals.
Chargeback fraud — making false claims through a bank or payment institution.
Attempting to collect bonuses from multiple accounts.

7.3 Behavioural Violations

Threatening, insulting, or harassing support staff or other players.
Registering using a false identity or someone else's identity.
Colluding in groups to manipulate bets.

Consequence: Anyone involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above will have their account immediately closed and all balances and bonuses forfeited. Legal action may be taken if necessary.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 wvip's Rights

wvip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason, without prior notice. This applies in particular under the following circumstances:

Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
Suspicion of fraud or deception.
Suspicion of money laundering.
Failure to cooperate with identity verification.
Identified as an underage user.

8.2 Closure at the Player's Own Request

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, the remaining valid balance will be available for withdrawal, provided identity verification has been completed.

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

wvip strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times; however, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, server issues, or external factors. wvip is not responsible for any loss arising from such circumstances.

9.2 Third-Party Services

wvip bears limited liability for issues caused by game providers, payment service providers, and other third parties. In such cases, wvip will endeavor to find an appropriate resolution.

9.3 Personal Loss

Any financial loss resulting from gaming is entirely the player's own responsibility. wvip promotes responsible gaming and provides support when needed.

9.4 Maximum Liability Cap

Under any circumstances, wvip's maximum liability shall be limited to the total amount deposited by a player over the last 30 days.
